Running Xen diskless

Deploying Xen and domain 0 in a diskless "embedded" environment has
several desirable properties but also raises some new challenges.
This presentation describes our Xen-based hypervisor and domain 0
deployment into a couple such environments, as well as the motivation
for doing so.  It addresses the various issues we faced, including:
  * where to keep persistent state
  * limiting dom0 memory footprint
  * Linux buffer cache issues
  * control stack issues
We'll also talk about maintaining a "downstream" code base, mistakes
made, and lessons learned.
